What We Collect
- Email address — collected when you unlock Stability Pro. Used for access verification and occasional product updates.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or process your card details.
- Diagnostic inputs — when you complete the stability diagnostic, your inputs (e.g., number of clients, hours worked, income) and computed results are stored securely on our servers. This data is not linked to your identity unless you provide an email.
- Local score history — your stability scores are also stored in your browser's localStorage for convenience, so you can review past results without an account.
How We Use Diagnostic Data
We use anonymized diagnostic data to improve our scoring models, identify common freelancer challenges, and enhance the service. We never sell individual data or share it with third parties.
What We Don't Do
- We don't use tracking pixels, third-party analytics, or advertising cookies.
- We don't sell or share your data with anyone.
- We don't collect data beyond what's needed to run the service.
How Data Is Stored
Account and subscription data is stored securely in our backend database. Passwords are never stored in plain text. All connections use HTTPS encryption.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Cancel your subscription through Stripe's customer portal, and contact us to remove your data entirely.
